I think you have 30 days. Just make sure it's unused and in its original packaging. Check their site for the exact steps, but I didn't have any issues when I exchanged a pillowcase color.

I have both, honestly the 22 momme feels a tiny bit thicker and maybe more durable. For a pillowcase I'd probably go with the 22 since it gets a lot of use.

The 19 is fine! I've had mine for ages. The 22 is a bit more luxurious, but the 19 still gives you all the hair/skin benefits. Depends on your budget really.
